The battlefields of the Pike & Shotte era are no place for children – but that’s not going to stop this plucky lad from trying to follow your forces. Brand new, and exclusive to the Warlord Games Webstore, Tomorrow’s Soldier tags along behind the columns of pikemen and musketeers, perhaps seeing off a family member or wishing he could join them.

Bearing a homemade banner and wooden sword, and wearing a comically oversized morion helmet, this (very) miniature Ensign will be automatically included with all orders of £50/$75/€60 placed during the month of July – he’ll also be available individually, but is limited to one per customer. This does mean that if you place an order over the threshold and include the individual figure in your cart as well, you’ll receive two – perhaps it’s his brother!

The sculpt has been directly inspired by the illustrations of Maurice Leloir as seen here in the 1935 edition of Alexander Dumas’ The Three Musketeers.

Tomorrow’s Soldier will make a fantastic addition to any wargaming collection, whether as part of a civilian street scene, a command stand, or even trailing along behind a regiment on the battlefield! Grab yours throughout the month of July, free with qualifying orders – only on the Warlord Games webstore!*

*Tomorrow’s Soldier will be automatically added to all Warlord Webstore orders of a qualifying value (£50/$75/€60) between 00.01 BST 01/07/2022 and 23.59 BST 31/07/2022

The Commander is unimpressed…

Marching Companions

Tomorrow’s Soldier is primed to march to war alongside the marching musketeers. Alternatively, he makes for a thoroughly acceptable addition to our Pike & Shotte Villagers.
