The Vanguard Association calls all commanders to the battlefield!
The “Battle of Łódź” is coming—the second edition of the largest Bolt Action tournament in the Łódź Voivodeship. Once again, armies will march into battle, and the gaming tables will transform into fields of fierce combat, where victory will be decided by tactics, courage, and a bit of luck.
This year, we’ve prepared two days of intense competition for 30 commanders who will face off in a series of five battles played in the 1250-point format. Each clash will be a new story—featuring infantry maneuvers, the roar of cannons, and dramatic counterattacks for every scrap of terrain.
The tournament will take place under a covered tennis court in a wooded area, with access to comfortable hotel accommodations. It’s the perfect place to briefly immerse yourself in the world of battles, strategy, and the passion for model-making.
But the Battle of Łódź isn’t just about competition. It’s also a celebration of the hobby. That’s why, in addition to the tournament prizes, we’ve prepared two special contests:
🏆 Best Battle Table – for the creators of the most atmospheric battlefields
🎨 Best-Painted Army – for commanders whose troops impress with their modeling craftsmanship
The top three places in each category will be awarded.
And when the last shots have fallen silent and the dust has settled on the battlefields, we’ll gather around the bonfire to celebrate the summer solstice together—an ancient Slavic time of joy, fire, and community. It will be the perfect opportunity for conversation, sharing experiences, and bonding among fellow enthusiasts.
