Valleycon Bolt action 2025

Valleycon is an annual tabletop gaming event in the Wellington region run by the Hutt Miniature wargaming club. Attracting 160+ gamers to numerous game systems it is one of the lower north Islands biggest events of the year. This will be the 5 year Bolt action is being run and growing in numbers every year. Last year was 1100pts and every army had a free sniper which had a side mission for the event. The year before it was a medic with side missions.

This being the First event in New Zealand running V3 I believe I decided just to keep it simple 1000pts with an 18 dice limit on order dice and no duplicate platoon types except for rifle platoons. This year I am working on doing Bolt action Bingo. Each player with have a score card with a 3×3 grid bingo card with different scenario in each box, For example kill a Officer unit in close combat with your own officer unit, Or Fail to hit a target at point blank range using all available weapons. The first 3 people to complete a line on the sheet will win a prize.
