The East Manchester Wargamers Bolt Action Extravaganza

a. To introduce new and established wargamers to ‘Bolt Action’ Wargames in all it’s facets.

b, Provide an opportunity for potential and tournament veterans to attend a 1 day gaming event in which they can try their army lists, any core rule changes and new theatre armies in a non competitive tournament environment.
c.. To provide a wargames ‘Bolt Action Event’ in the Greater Manchester Area.

c. To promote the hobby, in particularly ‘Bolt Action’.

This idea has sprung from having conversations with Bolt Action tournament players who would like an event in the North, however, that it be a practice and rules familiarisation event based on fun and a little less serious than the traditional tournaments held in Nottingham, Southend and Scotland. In a nutshell helping to bring new people into Bolt Action and give tournament players an opportunity to help prepare for their respective tournaments.

d. 4 x games for each player across the day, starting with 750pts moving eventually to 1250pts
