Steel City Wargaming – Battle of the Bulge

In the early hours of December 16th, the Germans launched a major offensive through the densely forested Ardennes region between Belgium and Luxembourg. Their goal – to split the Allied forces and capture the port of Antwerp! In their way stood a rag-tag Allied force, expecting to rest and recoup during the harshest winter on record!
Come out for a great day of wargaming, playing some great scenarios using the 3rd edition of the Bolt Action game.
The first scenario is our custom Battle of the Bulge game, taking place in the opening hours of the German offensive. The Allies are trying to evacuate their fuel trucks to safety while the Germans are trying to capture the fuel depots.
The second scenario is the Battle for Foy, made famous by Episode 7 of the Band of Brothers series. This is straight out of the Battle of the Bulge campaign book.
If both these events fill-up, we’ll add a third event.

Points:
For the main Bulge scenario bring 2 army lists, one at 600 points and one at 850 points. We’ll select which to use based on actual attendance. Pay attention to the restrictions in the scenario rules.
For the Foy scenario bring 3 army lists, 650pts (780pts for German player), 900pts (1,080pts for the German player), and 1,500 pts (1,800pts for the German player). Again we’ll select which to use based on actual attendance.
We’ll review your army lists starting at 11am, and the event will begin promptly at noon. We expect to be done around 6pm, though it could go a bit longer depending on attendance.
