This narrative event will have axis vs allies. And depending who wins the 1st game will benefit the attacker or the defender in the 2nd game.

As an example I will be using a railway cannon in the 1st game defended by some Germans and on all other tables the axis will get a free artillery observer to use in the 1st game, if they win the battle they will continue to get a free artillery observer in the 2nd game. If they lose the gun the allies get a free artillery observer if there is a draw no one gets free observer next round.
