Operation Mincemeat 2025

Hello Wargamers! Welcome to the rules pack for Operation Mincemeat 2025. A 2 day Bolt Action Tournament based on the outskirts of Nottingham, UK on the 29th and 30th of November 2025 hosted by the Leicester Juggernauts Wargaming Club in collaboration with 7th City Collectables.
This event is unapologetically a competitive event, and players will be expected to bring their A-game and attempt to out-think and outplay their opponents on the day. To not discourage the more casual player, we tend to find that being up front and admitting that people will be trying to win leads to a more fun and relaxed day. We know what we are all here for afterall!
This is not an excuse for poor sportsmanship; our #1 rule is showing respect to your opponents and each other. Players will compete on merit and skill rather than underhand techniques to abuse their way to victory. Callous behaviour or unsporting habits (not declaring before rolling, slow playing etc) is not acceptable and any outright cheating will be a one way ticket out the door.
To further emphasise our style of event, only small token awards will be given to the top placed players, as winning is the reward itself. Instead all of the prizes will be raffled off to random entrants regardless of placement. Therefore please do not feel you need to be god’s gift to Bolt Action to attend. You can come, lose every game, and still walk away with a smile on your face and a new army box under your arm!
