Operation Mincemeat 2024

Operation Mincemeat is a two day Bolt Action tournament based on the outskirts of Nottingham. The event is an unapologetically competitive tournament and players are expected to bring their “A” game and attempt to out-think and outplay their opponents. We tend to find being upfront about the style of event leads to a more fun and relaxed few days. Being a competitive event is not an excuse for poor sportsmanship. Our #1 rule is showing respect to your opponents and each other. Players will compete on merit and skill rather than underhand techniques to abuse their way to victory. Anything else will be a one way ticket out the door.

To further emphasise our style of event, only small token awards will be given to the top placed players, as winning is the reward itself. Instead all of the prizes will be raffled off to random entrants regardless of placement. Therefore please do not feel you need to be god’s gift to Bolt Action to attend. You can come, lose every game, and still walk away with a smile on your face and a new army box under your arm!
