Operation Level Up

This event is going to be run like an event but is simply going to be a fun reality based event that incentivizes players to keep their forces alive while still completing objectives. All players will start the day with a 750 point army with EVERY unit purchased as inexperienced. This list will not change in its composition. However, at the end of each battle, units still on the table will be able to promote/ demote depending on that unit’s condition at the end of the battle.

For example, if I end a battle with two full squads, a tank, an officer, and a mortar team, etc. these units will promote from inexperienced to regular or from regular to veteran. Any units that are destroyed will respawn at inexperienced in the next battle.

Therefore, you may very well start the day with a 750 point inexperienced list. But you may begin game 3 with a 1000 or 1250 point list with a mixture of veteran, regular, or inexperienced units. But, just because you have units promote does not mean that you will win the day. This event will force each player to balance focusing on objectives and army preservation.
