Adepticon Combat Patrol Primer

Welcome Generals to Golden Rhino Games for our first Bolt Action Combat Patrol tournament! 4 games throughout the day using adjusted platoons to represent the smaller engagements within wider battles. A valiant SAS raid on German positions? A US Marine fire group scouting out an unknown Japanese island… it’s all possible!

This tournament is meant to serve as a primer for the upcoming Combat Patrol tournament at Adepticon 2024 hosted by Chicago Dice. Come practice with your list, or just come to enjoy a wonderful game at a reduced army size. Humble units like the light mortar team and AT rifle section seem to be overshadowed in traditional events, but become much more deadly when deployed at a squadron-level engagement. Break out those Jeeps and MMG teams, because they become fearsome opponents when you are battling over a small encampment.

Quick note on army construction details: 450 points, 8 order dice max, 8+ armor max. We also play on a 4’x4′ board instead of the usual 6’x4′.
