Battle for Hurtgen Forest 25

This is themed 1,150 points Bolt Action tournament of 3 rounds based on the Battle for the Hurtgen
Forest with Axis versus Allies. This event is unique in that the tabletop terrain is based on the Hurtgen
Forest area with dense forest. In addition, the two towns of Schmidt and Kommerscheidt will also be
recreated on separate tables. There are a number of special rules in which army lists with engineers
will have an advantage. The rules involve clearing paths through forest, preventing vehicles from
slipping off roads, and clearing unexploded bombs. While games will be arranged for Axis verses Allies
the prizes for 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd will be based on the accumulated Victory Points of players regardless of
their faction.
The cost is $35 entry fee for the tournament. Registration and list submission should be completed by
10 th September.
