80th Anniversary Italy Campaign Day

Western Front Gamers in Sydney is commemorating the 80th anniversary of the invasion of Italy and the turning of the tide against the Axis in Western Europe by rolling dice in a series of Bolt Action games (and hopefully even some Blood Red Skies as well).

Rex from Valhalla Games will be in attendance with his two magnificent Primosole Bridge campaign boards (featured in their system agnostic Primosole Bridge Campaign Book), as will Rob Vella, the author of the Bolt Action D-Day Overlord, Soft Underbelly & and forthcoming Tough Gut campaign books.

Players will be allocated a scenario to play taken from either the Soft Underbelly or Primosole Bridge books. These scenarios will be a combination of 1v1 and multiplayer games. The day will focus on Operation Husky (the invasion of Sicily) and the initial mainland invasions at Salerno.

Western Front Gamers is acknowledged as Bolt Action HQ in Sydney. Several members play-tested both forces and scenarios for the Soft Underbelly and Tough Gut books.
