Registration and payment: Registration must be made before August 28. The registration fee\, including food\, will be € 20. The meal consists of a catering that will be received in the same place where the tournament will take place. The payment will be made the same day of the tournament\, before the start of the first round.\n\n3. Review of lists: Lists must be sent to the email address belebeltzak@gmx.com at the time of registration\, indicating the full name and the book or PDF from which the list comes. Only official lists published by Warlord will be allowed.\n\n\n4. Organization of the armies: Army lists to 850 points. In this tournament\, only lists coming from theater selectors between 1939-1941 or before these\, that is to say\, “Early war”\, will be valid. With the exception that they can be used lists that begin in those years and end later\, but in no case may material or units manufactured or created after 1941 be used.\n\n\n\n5. Requirements and general rules of the tournament:\n\nto. The second edition of the Bolt Action regulation will be used.\n\nb. The miniatures may be from any manufacturer as long as they are from the period.\n\nc. The army must be completely painted with a minimum of 3 colors.\n\nd. All the team of the miniatures must be properly represented as much as possible.\n\nand. Each participant must bring six-sided dice\, sufficient order dice\, a tape measure\, markers\, the books necessary for the correct performance of the game\, a copy of his list to be able to show his rival and a Smartphone with its corresponding charger and the application. “Chess Clock” (Net Lumen\, LLC) installed.\n\n\n\nF. The time available for players in each game will be limited to 50 minutes each. This will be controlled by the application of chess clock referred to above. The mechanics of time control will be explained at the start of the tournament.\n\ng. In case of discrepancy of the rules during the game\, the referee should be consulted\, who will have the last word regarding the application of the rule discussed.\n\n6. Development of the tournament:\n\nto. The tables will have a size of 1.80×1.20 meters and will be equipped with scenography provided by the organization. In no case may the scenery be changed by any player. The effect of each element of scenography will be described in the scenario card present in each table.\n\nb. The missions will be chosen randomly among the 12 missions available in the regulation book of the second version of Bolt Action.\n\n\n\nc. The pairings will be carried out by the Swiss system although it will be tried that the players do not repeat rival or table as much as possible throughout the tournament.\n\nd. The tournament will consist of four rounds of play with a limited time of 50 minutes per player.\n\n\n\n\n7. Score\n\nVictory 3 points\n\nDraw 1 points\n\nDefeat 0 points\n\nAt the end of the game\, either by the end of time or by victory conditions\, the result of this will be determined according to the criteria set out in the basic manual. FORCES\nPlayers must use a 1\,000 requisition points force\, consisting of one or more Reinforced Platoons (no Tank War platoons)\, as presented in the Bolt Action rulebook (page 124). Armies can comprise of a maximum of 12 Order dice (i.e. 12 units). \nArmies can be from any current Warlord Bolt action army book \n2. GAME TIME\nAfter two hours of gameplay\, the players must finish the current turn\, and then the game ends automatically. \n3. ARMY LIST\nThe players must write down the army list they are going to use for the duration of the entire tournament. They must leave a copy of their list to the referee before the start of the tournament. The force list is public and the opponent can always look at it and ask you questions about your force. \n4. MATCH-UPS\nThe match-ups of Game 1 will be random. In the following games players will be matched using Tournament Points (TP) and Casualty points\, as explained below. \n5. We will take a break for lunch after round 1 and pizza will be provided! \nEveryone that attends will receive a prize. We will also be giving prizes for 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place as well as best painted and a raffle. Eisenhower \nOn the morning of June 6th 1944 at 0631 hours the largest and possibly the most important coastal landing in human history code named Operation Overlord took place along a large stretch of French coastline. Over 150\,000 American\, British\, Canadian and other Allied souls spent their blood\, sweat\, and tears on that overcast summer morning to begin the final fight that would see the end of Adolf Hitler’s rule over Europe and the reign of terror that had thus cost the lives of millions on three continents over the previous 6 years.  \nWe at Spa City Wargamers have a very strong affinity for Bolt Action by Warlord Games and the appreciation to history this game can bring. In that light we are pleased to announce a special scenario event to take place on Saturday June 9th to commorate this monumental achievement by that Greatest Generation. This will be a two table event pitting the forces of Nazi Germany against the combined might of American and British allied countries. \n This event will have enough table space for up to 8 Allied and 8 German players. Both tables will be 8×4 feet long. One will feature the Dog Green sector of Normandy Beach and the second will be a recreation of the French countryside behind the Atlantic wall. Opsec plan Alpha is to meet up at Smokin In Style BBQ ( 2278 Albert Pike Road Hot Springs AR 71913) at high noon for lunch and then proceeded with the dice rolling after chow. This is an open event for anyone interested in playing. Armies can be provided for those who either don’t own any of the aforementioned forces\, but I highly encourage folks to bring their own if they do.  \nReservations are most certainly better than just showing up but please feel free to drop on by if only to check it out. DESCRIPTION:Dice Dojo Bolt Action Season 2: Market Garden \nSeason 2 will run at Dice Dojo from April 5-June 2. League events will run on Thursdays and Saturdays. \nFormat:\nThis an escalation league with point sizes for force construction increasing each week.\nWeek 1 April 5-11\, 500 pts 1 platoon only\nWeek 2 April 12-18\, 575 pts 1 platoon only\nWeek 3 April 19-25\, 650 pts\nWeek 4 April 26-May 2\, 775 pts\nWeek 5 May 3-9\, 900 pts armored list are now permissible when appropriate\nWeek 6 may 10-16\, 1000 pts\nWeek 7 may 17-23\, 1150 pts\nWeek 8 may 24-30\, 1250 pts\nWeek 9 may 31-june 2\, 1400 pts \n2) All forces must be built from a Market Garden Theater selector either from Campaign Market Garden or Forces of Great Britain. Furthermore there is a limit of 2 platoons per player. All forces must be legally built. Armored platoons are permitted but \n3) The campaign will be played Axis vs Allies. Each participant will be representing one side or the other every match. There is no fixed lists and you can play for either side when you like with the respective historical force. \n4)Each week 3 scenarios from the Market Garden book will be available for play. For example week 1 scenario 1-3\, week 2 scenario 4-6 etc… Beyond the weekly scenarios any game played with Market Garden selectors may be scored. No scenario may repeated until all are completed for the week. Any number of matches may be played per week but only once vs any given opponent. Matches will scored as follows \nWin 2 pt\nLoss 1 pt\nPlay Scenario game 1 pt\nFull Paint 1pt (3 color standard)\nAll players in a team game score +1pt\nFor this campaign all tie games will go to defending force \n5) All results must be recorded on index cards and deposited in the league results box where they will be recorded by the Chancellor. \nFurther details to follow.
