DESCRIPTION:The Vanguard Association calls all commanders to the battlefield!\nThe “Battle of Łódź” is coming—the second edition of the largest Bolt Action tournament in the Łódź Voivodeship. Once again\, armies will march into battle\, and the gaming tables will transform into fields of fierce combat\, where victory will be decided by tactics\, courage\, and a bit of luck.\nThis year\, we’ve prepared two days of intense competition for 30 commanders who will face off in a series of five battles played in the 1250-point format. Each clash will be a new story—featuring infantry maneuvers\, the roar of cannons\, and dramatic counterattacks for every scrap of terrain.\nThe tournament will take place under a covered tennis court in a wooded area\, with access to comfortable hotel accommodations. It’s the perfect place to briefly immerse yourself in the world of battles\, strategy\, and the passion for model-making.\nBut the Battle of Łódź isn’t just about competition. It’s also a celebration of the hobby. That’s why\, in addition to the tournament prizes\, we’ve prepared two special contests:\n🏆 Best Battle Table – for the creators of the most atmospheric battlefields\n🎨 Best-Painted Army – for commanders whose troops impress with their modeling craftsmanship\nThe top three places in each category will be awarded.\nAnd when the last shots have fallen silent and the dust has settled on the battlefields\, we’ll gather around the bonfire to celebrate the summer solstice together—an ancient Slavic time of joy\, fire\, and community. This year we’re leaning even further into the narrative side of the hobby\, with themed scenarios that highlight some of the unique and memorable rules that have appeared throughout Bolt Action’s history. \nThese special rules are designed to be fun\, cinematic\, and thematic. However\, they can sometimes favor a bit of luck over pure tactical precision. While the event will still include a competitive element\, competition is not the primary focus—our goal is to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. \nWe’re also excited to announce that this year marks the first introduction of a Beginner’s Bracket. New players are highly encouraged to join in and experience the fun\, even if you’re not completely familiar with every rule yet. This bracket is intended to provide a welcoming environment to learn the game\, roll some dice\, and enjoy the hobby with other players. \nWhether you’re a veteran commander or brand new to the battlefield\, we hope you’ll join us for a weekend of close-quarters chaos\, cinematic moments\, and plenty of dice rolling.

On Saturday evening\, a special dining event will be organized for all players\, offering a relaxed opportunity to socialize\, share experiences from the games\, and strengthen the community beyond the tabletop.
