Armies can comprise of a maximum of 12 Order dice (i.e. 12 units). These forces must be selected using one of the following army lists: \n\nThe army list section of the Armies of Germany supplement book.\nThe army list section of the Armies of United States supplement book.\nThe army list section of the Armies of Great Britain supplement book.\nThe army list section of the Armies of the Soviet Union supplement book.\nThe army list section of the Armies of Imperial Japan supplement book.\nThe army list section of the Armies of France and the Allies supplement book.\nThe army list section of the Armies of Italy and the Axis supplement book.\n\n2. GAME TIME\nAfter two hours of gameplay\, the players must finish the current turn\, and then the game ends automatically. \n3. ARMY LIST\nThe players must write down the army list they are going to use for the duration of the entire tournament. They must leave a copy of their list with the referee before the start of the tournament. The force list is public and the opponent can always look at it and ask you questions about your force.  Army lists must reach the organiser for checking by January 25th\, 2015 \n4. MATCH – UPS\nThe match-ups of Game 1 will be random. In the following games players will be matched using Tournament Points (TP) and Casualty Points\, as explained below. \n5 . SCENARIOS\nThe following scenarios will be played\, as described in the BA rulebook \, on table with terrain that ahs been pre-set by the organisers. \n\nGame 1: Demolition\nGame 2: Top Secret\nGame 3: Envelopment\nGame 4: Point Defence\nGame 5: Hold Until Relieved\n\n6 . TOURNAMENT POINTS\nVictory is calculated as described in the Scenarios being played and Tournament points are awarded for victories\, defeats and draws as shown below: \nVictory 3 TP\nDraw 1 TP\nLoss 0 TP \nIn addition\, players must also record how many requisition points of enemy units they destroy during their games. These destroyed enemies points (Casualty points) are always added together in a running total and are used as a tiebreaker to pair players that are on the same level of Tournament Points.\nFrom the second round\, players will be paired using a Swiss system (i.e. matching players on the same amount of TPs\, in descending order). In case of more than two players on the same number of TPs\, players will be matched in descending ‘ Casualty points’ total.\nIf they have the same TP and Casualty points total\, players will be paired in alphabetic order. \nWhen two players that have already met in a previous turn are matched to play each other again\, they must randomly select opponents from the players on the next table down . This rule does not apply on the top five tables during t he last turn of the tournament. \n7 . WINNING THE TOURNAMENT\nThe winner is determined at the end of the last round \, according to the following criteria: \n\nThe player with the most TP will be the winner.\nIn case of same TP at the top\, the winner will be the player with the highest Casualty points total.\nIn case of same Casualty points total\, we’ll see if the players have played each other during the course of the tournament and the winner will be the winner of such match.\nIf the players never met in the tournament\, the tournament ends with a joint victory and the players share the first prize.

DESCRIPTION:On Saturday January 31st  MuGu games will be hosting a Bolt Action tourney\, Doors open @ 10:00 AM and Games start @ 11:00 \n\nMuGu Games is located at\n5233 Evergreen Way\, Everett\, Washington 98203 \n• This will be a three game event FYI if we have an uneven number of players you may receive a bye.\n• The point’s level will be 1250 points. Reinforced Platoon Selectors may be used for any nation. Reinforced Selector lists are limited to two reinforced platoons. You may also take one armored platoon if you choose an armored platoon you may not take a Reinforced platoon. So if you go armored platoon you get one armored platoon and that’s it.\n• You may play army lists out of the main rule book but you may not mix units from army books.\n• PDF’s are welcome! Even if that faction has an army book available.\n• This event will be WYSIWYG WITH IN REASON (WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET) Meaning a model with a flamethrower or any weapon must be modeled so the guy/gal across the table will be able to identify it as such. Exceptions will be granted for certain models and vehicles bring them to the TO. The Idea is to make it so people can make good decisions during play but this is not meant to be crazy if you can make it so the guy/gal across from you can simply recognize what is what.\n• You must bring 3 copies of a legible army list your main rule book\, army book\, Bolt Action order dice\, Dice for game play\, tape measure\, tray for your army and something to mark units with pin markers. A Dice bag will be provided for each table.\n• The entry fee is 20$ with 5$ going to the purchase of terrain for future tourneys\n• Rounds will be two hours and fifteen minutes with a 15 minute pre-game to go over army lists and meet your opponent.\n• After the first game there will be a 30 minute break for lunch!\n• 100% of the entry fee will go to prize support!\n• This will be a BoltAction.net tourney using the Bolt action.net format for scoring and rules.\n• Best Allied\, Axis\, and Minor General Categories.\n• This includes Allied: United States\, The Commonwealth\, Soviet Union. Axis: Germany\, Japan. Minor: Belgium\, Bulgaria\, Greece\, Finland\, France\, Hungary\, Italy\, Netherlands\, Norway\, Poland\, Romania and Partisans.\n• A player’s top three tournament results during the current season will be used to determine overall ranking score.\n• Hanoswag (player who best exhibits that list-making is not about selecting powerful units\, but rather about facilitating a good time and depicting historical accuracy) which is judged by the tournament organizer.\n• Hanoswag rankings points are earned based on the number of tournament participants; so if a player wins Hanoswag in a ten-player event\, that player earns ten Hanoswag rankings points. The organizer will rank each list in descending order\, so the “worst” Hanoswag list will receive one point.\n• Hanoswag is used for tie brakers.\n• Best Painted which is voted on by participants.\n• Tournament Organizers will submit results to Judson@wwpd.net in Dot Net format. The spreadsheet used for scoring is located in the Downloads section of the http://www.boltaction.net site.\n• The missions for this event will be.\n• This event will be using the warplanes rules for this event.\n• Units in the Additional Units PDF\, as well as anything printed in the “Armies of…” books and the “Battleground Europe” book are allowed. Named characters are not allowed!\n• The War Reporter or “Cameraman” rules are not allowed to be used.\n• Split transport optional rules are allowed.\nMaximum Attrition You must win by 2 also there will be one objective in the table center.\n• You may only score with Infantry and artillery units or infantry units in transports forward deployers may never score.\n• You must be within 3 inches of the objective with no enemy Infantry and artillery units or infantry units within 3 inches to score.\n• You score 1 point each turn you hold the objective this point is only awarded if you control the objective at the end of a game turn.\nDomination – from the Tank War book\nHold Until Relieved

DESCRIPTION:Bolt Action is coming back to CANCON in Canberra 2015! The Tournament will run over the three days of the Australia Day long weekend 24-26 Jan. The tournament will start with a two day\, five game\, 1000pt tournament on Sat and Sun\, followed by a one day\, three game\, 1500pt event on the Mon using the new Tanks Wars book. \nCANCON is Australia’s biggest Bolt Action event with 40 players in 2014 – and 2015 will hopefully be even bigger! SUMMARY:Battle for Stalingrad!
DESCRIPTION:The Battle for Stalingrad is an immersive\, non competitive 2 day event which will see a total of 20 played scenarios chosen from Warlord Games’ Stalingrad and Case Blue campaign books. These Scenarios will involve steppe fighting before the siege of Stalingrad\, scenarios of the Soviet counteroffensive in the snowy\, frozen Winter of 43 and of course scenarios within the city where Germans and Soviets will fight for every inch on the game board. Iconic fights such as the Concrete Monolith and Pavlov’s house are among a long list of the many bloody battles that will be fought. \nFriuli War Games\, with this event\, is trying to organize a proper “Bolt Action Experience”. where players coming from all over Italy will feel immersed in these historic battles. The main goal if everyone to have as much fun as possible and to feel like they’re on the battle field with the (plastic) troops. With this mentality\, the group is looking to create a one of a kind event in Italy\, and to create a format which can be used for other campaigns in the future. We are working very hard to create the best quality tables and scenarios as possible\, to build a strong community for this more historical way of playing the beautiful game that is Bolt Action.  \nPictures and battle reports will follow the event…With Battle for Stalingrad we will be saying “goodbye V2 and welcome V3” as this event will be played using the V2 rules not having enough time to experiment with the new rules.
