Registration and payment: Registration must be made before August 28. The registration fee\, including food\, will be € 20. The meal consists of a catering that will be received in the same place where the tournament will take place. The payment will be made the same day of the tournament\, before the start of the first round.\n\n3. Review of lists: Lists must be sent to the email address belebeltzak@gmx.com at the time of registration\, indicating the full name and the book or PDF from which the list comes. Only official lists published by Warlord will be allowed.\n\n\n4. Organization of the armies: Army lists to 850 points. In this tournament\, only lists coming from theater selectors between 1939-1941 or before these\, that is to say\, “Early war”\, will be valid. With the exception that they can be used lists that begin in those years and end later\, but in no case may material or units manufactured or created after 1941 be used.\n\n\n\n5. Requirements and general rules of the tournament:\n\nto. The second edition of the Bolt Action regulation will be used.\n\nb. The miniatures may be from any manufacturer as long as they are from the period.\n\nc. The army must be completely painted with a minimum of 3 colors.\n\nd. All the team of the miniatures must be properly represented as much as possible.\n\nand. Each participant must bring six-sided dice\, sufficient order dice\, a tape measure\, markers\, the books necessary for the correct performance of the game\, a copy of his list to be able to show his rival and a Smartphone with its corresponding charger and the application. “Chess Clock” (Net Lumen\, LLC) installed.\n\n\n\nF. The time available for players in each game will be limited to 50 minutes each. This will be controlled by the application of chess clock referred to above. The mechanics of time control will be explained at the start of the tournament.\n\ng. In case of discrepancy of the rules during the game\, the referee should be consulted\, who will have the last word regarding the application of the rule discussed.\n\n6. Development of the tournament:\n\nto. The tables will have a size of 1.80×1.20 meters and will be equipped with scenography provided by the organization. In no case may the scenery be changed by any player. The effect of each element of scenography will be described in the scenario card present in each table.\n\nb. The missions will be chosen randomly among the 12 missions available in the regulation book of the second version of Bolt Action.\n\n\n\nc. The pairings will be carried out by the Swiss system although it will be tried that the players do not repeat rival or table as much as possible throughout the tournament.\n\nd. The tournament will consist of four rounds of play with a limited time of 50 minutes per player.\n\n\n\n\n7. Score\n\nVictory 3 points\n\nDraw 1 points\n\nDefeat 0 points\n\nAt the end of the game\, either by the end of time or by victory conditions\, the result of this will be determined according to the criteria set out in the basic manual. FORCES\nPlayers must use a 1\,000 requisition points force\, consisting of one or more Reinforced Platoons (no Tank War platoons)\, as presented in the Bolt Action rulebook (page 124). Armies can comprise of a maximum of 12 Order dice (i.e. 12 units). \nArmies can be from any current Warlord Bolt action army book \n2. GAME TIME\nAfter two hours of gameplay\, the players must finish the current turn\, and then the game ends automatically. \n3. ARMY LIST\nThe players must write down the army list they are going to use for the duration of the entire tournament. They must leave a copy of their list to the referee before the start of the tournament. The force list is public and the opponent can always look at it and ask you questions about your force. \n4. MATCH-UPS\nThe match-ups of Game 1 will be random. In the following games players will be matched using Tournament Points (TP) and Casualty points\, as explained below. \n5. DESCRIPTION:Can you help the Allies close the Falaise Gap on the Axis powers? This will be based off a late war timeline but all theaters of war are welcome! Dust off your models and come compete to see who is the most successful general!!! \nOnly 40 spots for this tournament so RSVP your spot while you can for 25$ which will cover lunch and prize support! \nWe ask that everyone arrive around 10:30 am so that we can take pictures of the armies and we will start at 11 am sharp! We will take a break for lunch after round 1 and pizza will be provided! \nEveryone that attends will receive a prize. We will also be giving prizes for 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place as well as best painted and a raffle. Everyone that attends will receive one free raffle entry\, more raffle entries can be purchased at the event for 5$ a ticket and all proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Hagerstown Air Museum.  \nYou may run any list out of any theatre book\, armored platoons\, and reinforced platoons. Early registration goes from now until July 4th 2017….. All those that pre register will receive a special grab bag and an entry into a separate raffle. Each game will be 2.5 hours long with lunch included. \nARMY BUILDING \nTEAM FORMAT NOTES \nAxis vs Allies: Teams must either be entirely Axis or entirely Allied. \nOrder dice: BOTH players on a team must have separate order dice. That means that in the dice cup/bag\, there will be 4 sets of order dice. Whichever team members die is drawn\, that player will activate. To the aid or detriment of their partner! \nOfficers: In all our games\, officers do not give morale bonuses to units outside their platoon. \nDefinitions: Each two-person team will count as “The Player” with regards to any national special rules or scenario objectives. \nFor example\, the Italian rules will count losses from both persons force. \n“Free Unit” National Rules apply to the combined team. That means 2 British players may only take 1 free artillery observer per team. 1 free soviet squad etc. \nArmy lists must be formed using a generic reinforced platoon or theatre selector from appropriate supplement books. Lost Ark Landsers Bolt Action group are a friendly bunch of people and new players are always made welcome. \nArmies \nBuild a 1000pt list using either 1 or 2 Reinforced Platoons. There are no Tank Platoons in this event. \nWe would like to ensure that Shrapnel is enjoyed by all players\, therefore we would like the Armies selected to follow a theme or be historically correct for the year. To do this either use your army book and choose those units that were available to your chosen nation\, or use a particular theatre selector. Your army book gives dates and theatre selectors which will give you a list of those units available. \nYou can also use campaign books to select your forces\, however there are some dodgy lists in these\, for example the Soviet Stalingrad\, and some Japanese selectors come to mind\, 4 snipers or 4 heavy howitzers is not very friendly. We all like to win\, but when you have made your list ask your self would I like to play against this army. Just because you can\, doesn?t mean you should. \nMarket Garden: \nIf you wish to bring a British Para list from Market Garden\, all units selected must be brought as veterans where the option exists. You must also add 1 pt per model to make them stubborn. \nXXX Corp is a Tank Platoon for the purposes of this event. \nOdds n sods \nBrandenburgers must be off the table for their redirection rules to apply. \nIn the worse case scenario the Tournament Organiser has the right to ask you to change your list to fit the ethos of the Stevenage Landsers. \nYou must bring your army book and any book\, or a hard copy of an official Warlord games pdf. where your theatre list is included\, this allows your opponent to be able to read any special rules that apply. \nArmy list where possible should be made on http://boltaction.easyarmy.com/ it helps with the checking. However its not 100% correct so please check it against your army book\, or theatre selector. \nPlease feel free to contact Ken on the below email to discuss your army list. \nPlease email your list to Kennomeat@gmail.com by the 23rd April \nGames \nThere will be 3 games of 2 hours 15 mins\, the scenarios to be used will be disclosed on the day of the event\, so choose you armies carefully. These are likely to be from the 2nd rule book but with minor tweaks. \nItalians \nThis army usually plays without access to the majority of its national rules\, therefore in this tournament at the beginning of any game where the scenario does not have an attacker/defender both players will roll to see if they are either attacking or defending. Roll a d6 highest roll gets to choose. If the Italian player loses they get to re roll as per Italian national rule. \nHow to win \nBattle points will be awarded for a win\, draw\, and loss. Win = 5pts\, draw = 3pts\, loss = 1pt. \nSecondary objectives: In every game there will be an option to grab another battle point\, make sure you keep it in your sights. \nIn the event of more than 1 player having the highest number of Battle Points\, the difference between units killed and units lost will be the deciding factor. \nTerrain \nAll tables will be pre-set on the day\, please do not move any of the terrain. Ruins will be classed as dense terrain as described in the rule book. As there is always a mix of hedges and walls which causes confusion over cover\, treat all such pieces as being chest high on an upright model. This should also help with cover claimed by vehicles. Bocage is slightly different and is over head height\, it blocks line of sight until 1? away. \nCover \nMany people are hazy on what cover you get from certain classes of terrain and when it applies. Two main ones are firing in\, from\, or into cover\, and what happens when you are up against cover. In the first instance cover will apply if you are more than 1 inch apart from your target\, or are more than 1 inch from the edge of the terrain and firing out. In the second case if both units are up against a wall neither will get cover. This is the same for buildings as it can be assumed grenades and bullets are being launched in through windows and doors\, defenders will get the +1 to the roll required to kill still. \nIn all other cases discuss what each piece of terrain does at the beginning of the game. \nIf you are unable to attend then please let us know as early as possible in order to allocate your place to somebody on the reserve list. \nSpectators are more than welcome to attend and view proceedings but please be aware that this a timed round Tournament and respect the concentration of the players. \nRegistration: 09.00 \nBriefing: 09.15 \n1st Game: 09.30 – 11.45 \nLunch: 12.00 – 12.30 \n2nd Game: 12.45 – 15.00 \n3rd Game: 15.15 – 17.30 \nPresentations: 18.00 \nPurchase of a ticket reserves you a place\, no physical ticket will be sent out. \nThis event is currently sold out. (All miniatures must be WYSIWYG and have at least a basic paint job).\nA rule book and any errata or FAQ you may think is relevant \nTwo hard copies of your army list.\n\nMissions: \nStandard rule book missions will be randomly determined once all participants have registeredand submitted a list.
