Each month\, players will fight two games against randomly assigned opponents\, with missions and army sizes escalating as your force grows from a modest 500-point detachment to a fully realised 1250-point army. With no fixed army lists (beyond your chosen nation)\, you’ll have the freedom to adapt your forces as the campaign unfolds. But\, this isn’t just about winning—it’s about how you play the game. The GGG has a strong emphasis on sportsmanship\, creativity\, and thematic armies\, as such our prize support celebrates the spirit of the hobby as much as battlefield success. \nExpect evolving objectives\, unexpected twists\, and a grand finale scenario packed with intriguing randomness to cap off the campaign. It draws both local club members and players travelling from other regions of France as well as neighbouring Switzerland\, making it a lively and diverse gathering of wargaming enthusiasts. \nWhat makes this event particularly special is its commitment to sportsmanship\, love for historical accuracy and references\, friendly competition\, and\, above all\, the promotion of wargaming among younger generations. This year\, four of the participants will be teenagers\, reflecting the club’s ongoing efforts to welcome and nurture new players into the hobby. Every year the club promote wargames and Bolt Action in local high school and historical events and more and more young players\, boys and girls\, come to join the club. The gaming tables are lovingly crafted and prepared throughout the year by club members\, ensuring a visually impressive and immersive experience for all attendees. It is a warm\, welcoming event where the spirit of the game always comes first.

SUMMARY:Bolt Action Summer Offensive
DESCRIPTION:“Our Bolt Action Summer Offensive will be a fun\, hobby-first three round event. Players will create an 800 point army (15 order dice max) following the normal platoon building process. No FAO’s (Artillery or Air) or weapons with greater than a 2″ template are allowed. Vehicle armor is limited to 8+ on any facing. Bring something fun or cool in your list or something you don’t normally get to play with. Avoid min-maxing as there are plenty of other events where you can do that. \nPlayers will be challenged by specially designed missions for the event where total VP’s scored across each of the three missions will be used to determine player rankings so it is not only important to win but also to secure as many VP’s as possible with that win. Awards will be given for Best Overall\, Best Axis\, Best Allied and Wooden Spoon which will be based solely on VP’s. Best Looking army will also receive an award.”
