DESCRIPTION:Our tournament name has the coolest in France « MARS ATTACK »\, we print some UFO in order to make beautiful table\, our guidance line ‘ll be put some « MARS » in each our future tournament (mars strick back\, gosht of mars\, attack of mars….) Because ours tournament is based on rule that alow you to play many thing BUT big player can’t make cheat army (limitation on tank\, limitation of indirect fire). Scenario ‘ll be based on wtc rule it’s fair and balanced. We are gonna play 3 scenario based on mouvement (gun line army ‘ll be in trouble). The scenario and army list ‘ll be released one week before the tournament in order to help player to analyse the other army.  \nWe plan to make some feature during the tournament\nKingslayer : in France there one undeafeted player in tournament named Frédéric FOURQUET (from the city named ANGERS). If someone manage to win against him\, i want to give it to him a crown (from burger king). To represent the fact has he manage to kill the old king to become the new king.\nFirst round : the first player who do a friendly fire ‘ll get a towel or a charm (or some stuff) with writted « luck »\nSecond round : the first player who manage to kill a unit with PIN ’ll pin’s (you know the thing you can put to your clothes\, in France that was an old fashion style. I’don’t know the name in english for that)\nThird round : the first player who manage to kill a unit with a tank assault ’ll get some stuff (we have to work on it too)\nThis kind of sub action is in order to create some good memories\, during the tournament and to create a good and fun reputation to ours tournament (for further tournament)

SUMMARY:Caladrius Games Escalation & Veni\, Vidi\, Vici Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Currently we have a small informal local Bolt Action community comprised of new players\nand a few seasoned tournament veterans (one 2023 WTC participant). Our goal is entice\nmore players\, educate everyone on the new 3rd Edition rule set and build a sense of\ncollegial competition. We have designed a simple and straightforward set of rules for the\nescalation league designed to value education over competition. The culmination will be a\ncompetitive format tournament in August we are calling “Veni\, Vidi\, Vici”. In addition to\npromotional flyers in area game stores\, we have tried to weekly build hype and draw in new\nplayers via Caladrius Games (host store) Facebook site\, as well as both Georgia and\nTennessee Bolt Action Facebook groups. Thus far the response has been bigger than we\nreasonably hoped. January 26th we are hosting a kicko event to introduce everyone to\nthe format\, familiarize with the 3 terrain tables we have built for the league and answer any\nquestions regarding the league\, tournament or 3rd Edition rule set. This will include free\nhamburgers and hotdogs to hopefully entice any fence sitters and allow for socializing.\nMyself and another player have offered free loaner armies for anyone that would like to play\nbut may have nancial constraints.

DESCRIPTION:A simple round robin event geared towards players either new to the game or new to competitive play. We’re looking to foster a friendly\, but competitive event.\nIt will be 1000 points\, 15 OD Limit(So bring the big tanks\, and there is a 2 hour game.\nBoth points and time are limited. Players will have to make tactical choices about what to bring in their armies and how to fight their battles. Do you load up on order dice to swamp your opponent\, but have to play quick? Or do you bring heavy tanks to laugh as the rounds bounce off you\, but know they have little support? Players will have to learn how to fight under restriction\, or else fail.

DESCRIPTION:Goal\nThis league is meant to draw players from the community together to help build a player base for the fantastic game of Bolt Action! Veterans\, regulars\, and inexperienced players are all welcome! Come out and have some fun throwing dice as we dig into the new 3rd edition version of Bolt Action!\nStructure\nPairings will go up weekly every Wednesday starting on February 5th. The official play night will be on Wednesday but players are welcome to arrange a time that best works them to get their matches in as long as it is before the next Wednesday when the next round’s pairings will go up. \nCommunication\nPlease join our WNY Bolt Action Facebook group if you have not already we will be using that and a combination of messenger to post pairings and answer questions. If Facebook does not work please reach out to Isaac Pendley and we will work something out to keep everyone in the loop! \nEscalation Style\nSelect your nation of choice and go to war! Players should stick with their original nation but are welcome to edit their list anyways they see fit between rounds. \nRule of 3: no more than 3 of a unit outside of infantry selections and transports. DESCRIPTION:The British Columbia Bolt Action League Final is happening on Saturday February 8th in Langley\, B.C. Canada. The League Final will be an invitational tournament with spots reserved for the top 12 players from this year’s B.C. Bolt Action League. The League has been a tremendous success with over 30 players signing up\, playing some V3 Bolt Action goodness. The League has spanned over 4 months\, operating as a slow grow format with points starting at 750 and increasing every month. \nThe Final tournament will be a competitive\, 3 round event\, meant as a final celebration of the League. We will crown the League Champion at the end of the tournament in addition to the top three finishers for the tournament\, itself. We will also have prizes for the Spoon\, Best Painted and\, of course\, Favourite Opponent. Warlord Games is generously providing us prize support so the B.C. DESCRIPTION:The Veterans Wargames Association (VWA) Championships is an annual event where a large group of folks associated with the UK Armed Forces – serving personnel from all three services\, veterans\, civil servants and civilians who simply appreciate being part of a closeknit community – get together and play a friendly competition ranging from ancient warfare to far future combat. The VWA was formerly known as The RAF Wargames Association and has been in existence since the mid-1980’s. The group’s members had become so diverse (mainly due to retirement and the ever-decreasing size of the UK military) that a couple of years ago it was decided to change its name to encompass the more wide-ranging mix of its current membership! A small group of us have been running a Bolt Action (Second Edition) competition for the last few years and are especially excited to try out the new\, Third Edition of Bolt Action!
