SUMMARY:Battle for Stalingrad!
DESCRIPTION:The Battle for Stalingrad is an immersive\, non competitive 2 day event which will see a total of 20 played scenarios chosen from Warlord Games’ Stalingrad and Case Blue campaign books. These Scenarios will involve steppe fighting before the siege of Stalingrad\, scenarios of the Soviet counteroffensive in the snowy\, frozen Winter of 43 and of course scenarios within the city where Germans and Soviets will fight for every inch on the game board. Iconic fights such as the Concrete Monolith and Pavlov’s house are among a long list of the many bloody battles that will be fought. \nFriuli War Games\, with this event\, is trying to organize a proper “Bolt Action Experience”. where players coming from all over Italy will feel immersed in these historic battles. The main goal if everyone to have as much fun as possible and to feel like they’re on the battle field with the (plastic) troops. With this mentality\, the group is looking to create a one of a kind event in Italy\, and to create a format which can be used for other campaigns in the future. We are working very hard to create the best quality tables and scenarios as possible\, to build a strong community for this more historical way of playing the beautiful game that is Bolt Action.  \nPictures and battle reports will follow the event…With Battle for Stalingrad we will be saying “goodbye V2 and welcome V3” as this event will be played using the V2 rules not having enough time to experiment with the new rules.

A Chance to play\nsome of the smaller nations who attempted to stop the Axis Juggernaut? At the General\nGeorge Patton Museum of Leadership\, We\, the Fighting 502nd and the Patton Museum\nFoundation invite you to bring your 1000pt early war selector of 14 order dice to participate\nin three 2-hour rounds of combat at the Fighting 502nds Fall Brawl. There are many early\nwar theatre selectors to choose from. Will the allied nations prevail or will the Iron fist of the\nAxis crush all who oppose them.\nThe unique setting of the museum allows you to see and even touch the weapons of war you\nhave modeled. This tournament is rare in its use of the theater selectors and its focus on the\nearly period of 1937 to 1941. Join us November 2nd and play 3 rounds of World War Two\ncombat. The museum is located at 4554 Fayette Ave\, Fort Knox\, KY 40121. Check in at\n9:00AM and First game starts at 10:00AM. $30 entry fee. Lunch will be provided.

DESCRIPTION:Operation Triple Threat is a beginner friendly escalation league being run in the ACVC Hub in Glasgow. The aim of the league is to introduce players old and new Bolt Action 3rd Edition rules\, get to grips with the new platoon structure and generally have some fun! SUMMARY:NLS Presents: Bridge over the River Wensum - A Bolt Action Slow Grow League
DESCRIPTION:Bridge over the River Wensum is a slow grow\, escalation league running over 4 months. It sees players ramping their forces up from 500 points to 1250 by the final month. Each player is required to play 2 games per round. Players score points for winning battles and painting their armies\, with the aim to have a fully painted army by the end of the league and having had a lot of fun along the way. At the end of the league\, the player with the highest combined score between hobby and battle points will win the coveted overall Supreme Commander Award. There are also awards for Best General\, Best Hobbyist\, Best Painted and Best Themed armies alongside that most important of all awards\, The Wooden Spoon! \nThe aim of the league was to grow the Bolt Action community within the club and\, with 14 participants\, it seems to have succeded! Everyone has had a lot of fun so far and\, with 1 more round of games to play\, there is still a lot to play for.

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Bolt Action Third Edition at Borås Spelkonvent! \nWe are very excited to host the very first tournament for the new edition of Bolt Action! The tournament will be played on Saturday the 2nd of Nov at 9 am and all participants must pre register. On Friday\, beginners as well as seasoned players are more than welcome to try out the tables with some friendly games from 6 p.m.  \nThe tournament will be held in a great new venue – Borås Kongress. \nThe tournament will be played as three matches with swiss ranking.  You need a username with tourneykeeper.net as all the matchups will be made there. You also need to register for the convention at borasspelkonvent.se before you register for the Bolt Action tournament which is done by email to jrenliden@gmail.com. Type BABSK41 in the subject line.
