DESCRIPTION:View in Store \n  \nTHE INTERFACE WARS\nThe reappearance of the Dronescourge is causing chaos on Antares. Their scavenging is spreading south: no longer are the Virai a problem confined to the interface between the PanHuman Concord and the Isorian Senatex. Now their depredations threaten the Algoryn Prosperate and the wider Determinate. \nAnd now the Ghar have intervened\, using the Virai to spread destruction amongst their human foes. The Virai have no master plan; they are merely following the line of least resistance. They do not care that the Ghar are deliberately sacrificing older vessels as carriers to spread the Dronescourge into more panhuman systems. And neither do the Virai care that the Ghar then send in their armies to purge the weakened planets of panhumanity. But the Ghar have found the Virai are harder to control than they realised. \nAll along the Determinate interfaces\, panhumanity is fighting for survival against the Ghar\, the Virai\, and frequently other factions in the same straits as themselves. \nThe Interface Wars have begun; only you can decide who wins. \nFACTION LEAGUE GAMES DAY\nWarlord Games HQ\, Lenton Boulevard\, Nottingham\, UK\nNG7 2BD (access via stairs only) \nA themed Antares Faction tournament in which the most successful faction wins the day. A variety of scenarios and only two army lists of 750 and 1250 points. Prior to the event\, each player will be told the scenarios and will have to choose their lists. But no one will know the three scenarios in which they will play\, so careful choice of lists is key! \nRegistration opens from 09:00 and prizegiving for best player\, best-painted army and painting competition at 18:00. \nThere will be a chance to buy Antares mugs in the shop\, attendees can also purchase Antares Event polo shirts. \nWarlord staff will be on hand to talk Antares and game designer Mr Rick Priestley will be around to talk to – be careful of his tactical advice! \nPlayers are advised to bring their own food and drink but there are shops nearby.

Whilst it is doubtful the technology is of Builder origin\, it appears to be sufficiently advanced to be able to partially predict gate activity: at least\, it seems to indicate the direction in which a closure is about to occur. Gaining control of a number of these devices and repositioning them could locate an imminent collapse. But there is no clear user interface to the technology and\, even more mysteriously\, what are thought to be status indicators occasionally flash up two words in the Concord alphabet: ‘Yu Hamnu’. \nBut NuHu Ambassador Yu Hamnu disappeared on Xilos: has she really survived the Xilos Catastrophe? Is she somehow safe behind the Xilos time-locks? Has she activated the ancient technology or is she just using it to communicate what she alone can see at the heart of Xilos? El tercer día se jugarán finalmente las misiones centradas en la consolidación de la cabeza de playa (Carentan\, La Fiere bridge) pero también incluirá sorpresas\, ya que las misiones que se jugarán y sus condiciones dependerán de los resultados obtenidos en el conjunto de todas las partidas anteriores\, incluyendo la opción “What if” de que el eje hubiera sido capaz de detener a los aliados en la costa.\nSi eso no fuese suficiente\, todas las partidas se jugaran sobre una única mesa de juego de mas de 20m2\, reproduciendo lo mejor posible las localizaciones históricas de UTAH beach\, Sainte Mère Eglise\, Carentan\, la carretera RN13 y sus alrededores.

SUMMARY:Fall 2024 Bolt Action Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Basic Rules \nHave Fun! \n·         All Judges rulings are final\, let’s keep things moving. \n·         Make 3 copies of your army list and provide 1 to tournament director and 1 to your opponent at game time. \n·         Army lists are due to the Tournament Organizer 48 hours before the event. \n·         Review both lists and answer questions. \n·         TO will discuss Scenery before starting play.  \n·         All Tables will have a list of terrain types on a table card \nGeneral Tournament Rules \nEntry Fee $20 \n750 points. No dice cap.       Please provide a vehicle stat card for every vehicle\, if not preprinted please make a neat legible card off of 3×5 index or custom printed.  \nTournament Timeline \nTournament will be 3 rounds with points accrued each round. \nRounds will be 2.25 hours with fifteen minutes between rounds and a 45 minute lunch break. \n10:30AM-1PM Round 1 \n1PM -1:45PM Lunch \n2PM – 4:30 Round 2 \n4:45 – 7:15 Round 3 \nTerrain Notes \nBocage \nImpassable to vehicles without hedgerow cutters.  Only passable to infantry. \nWater \nCreeks count as rough ground.  Larger rivers can only be crossed at fords and bridges.  Swamp requires a stuck die roll for vehicles.  They are stuck on a 1D6 roll of 5-6.  Swamp slows infantry to ½ of advance speed. \nStructures \nA building must be intact to count as a building.  Ruins count as heavy cover and rough ground.  Tall ruins block line of sight.   Remember ruins are area terrain like tree clusters.  No HE against the Church! \nCraters \nCount as rough ground.  Impassible to wheeled vehicles and tracked may only advance. \nDesert \nSteep Slopes can only by crossed by infantry at advance speed. \nTable 1 Destroyed Village.
