SUMMARY:Caladrius Games Escalation & Veni\, Vidi\, Vici Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Currently we have a small informal local Bolt Action community comprised of new players\nand a few seasoned tournament veterans (one 2023 WTC participant). Our goal is entice\nmore players\, educate everyone on the new 3rd Edition rule set and build a sense of\ncollegial competition. We have designed a simple and straightforward set of rules for the\nescalation league designed to value education over competition. The culmination will be a\ncompetitive format tournament in August we are calling “Veni\, Vidi\, Vici”. In addition to\npromotional flyers in area game stores\, we have tried to weekly build hype and draw in new\nplayers via Caladrius Games (host store) Facebook site\, as well as both Georgia and\nTennessee Bolt Action Facebook groups. Thus far the response has been bigger than we\nreasonably hoped. January 26th we are hosting a kicko event to introduce everyone to\nthe format\, familiarize with the 3 terrain tables we have built for the league and answer any\nquestions regarding the league\, tournament or 3rd Edition rule set. This will include free\nhamburgers and hotdogs to hopefully entice any fence sitters and allow for socializing.\nMyself and another player have offered free loaner armies for anyone that would like to play\nbut may have nancial constraints.

DESCRIPTION:INVASION! Escalation league is the first event promoting the launch of the Bolt Action range at Torchlight Games & Hobbies. Players of all levels of experience are invited to participate in a slow grow build\, paint and play community shared event. For $20\, a player receives a booklet in the form of a soldier’s pay book which includes all the event rules\, scenarios and stamps proving to your fellows that you have met that round’s requirements of having built\, painted and played. Each round players will receive medals\, patches and Warlord prizes. Once a player has completed their booklet and attained the rank of General\, they will receive a discount off entry to Torchlight’s first Bolt Action tournament.

DESCRIPTION:“Droga do Berlina 2025” (Road to Berlin 2025) is a unique two-day historical wargaming event taking place April 5-6\, 2025 at Stacja Kultura in Rumia\, Poland. This Bolt Action event focuses on the final months of World War II\, recreating the intense battles of 1945 as Allied forces drove toward Berlin against Axis defenses. What makes this event truly special is its emphasis on historical events and battles\, narrative-driven gameplay rather than competitive tournament play. \nUnlike standard tournaments\, “Road to Berlin” features asymmetric\, story-driven scenarios where players command forces in scenarios based on events from 1944-1945. DESCRIPTION:The club ‘El Jabalí Pisador’ (the trampling boar) has existed for 3 years and from the beginning it has been a club dedicated to classic versions of Warhammer. I joined the club 2 years ago\, I have been playing wargames of all kinds for 30 years and I wanted to play classic editions of Warhammer again. I have been a Bolt Action player since 2013\, and I have participated in several national tournaments in Spain. From the moment I joined I tried to ‘capture’ other members of the club to play Bolt Action\, and little by little I was able to do so. Currently I am the ‘unofficial’ manager of Bolt Action in the club. The growth of the Bolt Action section with several armies already in the club has prompted me to launch the option of the first Bolt Action tournament in the club. The last objetive is to set up a Bolt Action club in Valencia\, the first one. \nThe idea of ​​the tournament is not to make it competitive\, but rather a meeting point for Bolt Action fans and our club in Valencia. We have two objectives\, the first is for Bolt Action to become strongly established in the club\, and the second\, is to get Bolt Action players to the club to continue growing.
