SUMMARY:Battle for Stalingrad!
DESCRIPTION:The Battle for Stalingrad is an immersive\, non competitive 2 day event which will see a total of 20 played scenarios chosen from Warlord Games’ Stalingrad and Case Blue campaign books. These Scenarios will involve steppe fighting before the siege of Stalingrad\, scenarios of the Soviet counteroffensive in the snowy\, frozen Winter of 43 and of course scenarios within the city where Germans and Soviets will fight for every inch on the game board. Iconic fights such as the Concrete Monolith and Pavlov’s house are among a long list of the many bloody battles that will be fought. \nFriuli War Games\, with this event\, is trying to organize a proper “Bolt Action Experience”. where players coming from all over Italy will feel immersed in these historic battles. The main goal if everyone to have as much fun as possible and to feel like they’re on the battle field with the (plastic) troops. With this mentality\, the group is looking to create a one of a kind event in Italy\, and to create a format which can be used for other campaigns in the future. We are working very hard to create the best quality tables and scenarios as possible\, to build a strong community for this more historical way of playing the beautiful game that is Bolt Action.  \nPictures and battle reports will follow the event…With Battle for Stalingrad we will be saying “goodbye V2 and welcome V3” as this event will be played using the V2 rules not having enough time to experiment with the new rules.

DESCRIPTION:Dans l’Est de la France\, on  s est rendu compte  qu’il n’y avait rien sur bolt action en tournoi.\n. nous avons donc décidé avec mon association “Les grognards d’Alsace” de devenir le plus grand tournoi de France de bolt action car nous avons un bel endroit à Strasbourg et de plus c’est très important pour nous de faire vivre la communauté !\n En fait\, nous organisons un grand tournoi deux jours par an pour le jeu bolt action.\n Pour chacun nous avons reçu de superbes compliments qui nous on donné envie de continuer et\n Cette année sera le  3iem\n Fort de notre expérience\, nous espérons être le plus grand tournoi français avec 28 joueurs et peut-être plus (nous avons 40 places)\nNous avons des joueurs qui viennent de toute la France et même de l’Allemagne (nous avons 5 joueurs allemands). Notre proximité avec l’Allemagne nous permet de nouer des partenariats avec eux.\n En effet nous avons reçu des joueurs de toute la France\, comme  de Paris et même Marseille dans le Sud\n Nous sommes tous prêts de 28 inscrits et nous somme le plus grand tournoi de France d’apres T3.\n De plus je pense que nous avons la plus belle table bolt action pour jouer.! On se donne beaucoup de mal pour ça.

DESCRIPTION:Bitter cold of the Hertgen Forest. Snow and forests of Finland.  Frozen steppes of Russia.  The cold is a second enemy\, waiting for the unwary of either side\, to take its due. This tournament is about winter war.  Almost all nationalities fought in the cold bitter winters throughout the war.  So bring your winter troops!  If they aren’t wearing winter uniforms\, it will be assumed that they are wearing summer uniforms.  We will choose missions from the Juggernaut tournament pack\, and add some winter weather rules and winter terrain rules.

SUMMARY:OPERATION WHISKEY TRAIL II  A BOLT ACTION TOURNAMENT
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Operation Whiskey Trail II\, a two-day Bolt-Action Tournament held at the Seaforth Club\, Elgin\, Scotland. Hosted this year by Andy Moore (Terry wants to play this year!😉) This tournament will entail a ‘Singles Saturday’ comprising 4 games (Yes\, you read that correctly\, 4 games!!!) and ‘Sunday-Funday Doubles’ comprising 2 games\, with the results from the Saturday event eligible for Scottish Tournament Championship points. Bolt Action Scotland encourage players of all calibre to their events\, with a seasoned core of knowledgeable gamers who will assist those taking their first foray into playing multiple game events. The tournament will take place between Sat 20 and Sun 21 Apr 2024\, with spaces for 40 players. There will be options for people to attend the whole weekend\, Sat Only or Sun Only\, to cater for availability and flexibility of those wishing to partake in the fun-that-is Bolt Action in Scotland!.\nPlus\, there’s no need to go hunting for that elusive doubles partner!!\, we’ve done the hard work for you!! Sunday doubles will be paired up 1st with last\, 2nd with penultimate\, etc… what better incentive to do well than to be able to team up on the Sunday and show your mettle with those who are great at rolling 1’s!.  Elgin is easilly accessible from Road\, Rail and Air\, with Airports at Aberdeen & Inverness that have rail links connected to the airport! DESCRIPTION:The 1 ère Bolt Action convention aims to promote Bolt Action gaming. It is organized by the "Warames\net Figurines" association\, the "Bolt Action France" Discord server (365 members) and the "Wargame\nMiniature Tuto" channel (3\,200 subscribers).\nThe event is aimed at 3 types of visitors:\n Grognards who already play the game and want to meet other players in a friendly\natmosphere\n Newbies who are new to this world and want to learn about the rules\, meet the experts and\nget started on specially dedicated tables.\n The curious\, history or model-making enthusiasts\, wargame fans\, children and those with a\nchildlike spirit.\nWe will be proposing :\n 9 gaming tables (depending on participants) for 2-hour games throughout the day\n 1 introductory "maginot line" table 120×120 tables with elaborate scenarios for beginners.\n 1 painting competition on the theme of "vehicles & armoured vehicles" with prizes for the\ntop 3 artists\n 1 figurine assembly workshop where visitors can assemble a figurine and leave with it free of\ncharge (depending on the prize).\n 1 exchange zone where players can exchange miniatures\n 1 store area dedicated to the Bolt Action universe\n 1 catering area\nThe event will not be organized as a classic tournament\, but rather as a friendly get-together of\nplayers and enthusiasts\, with more of a "club meeting" spirit than a competitive one. \nAdmission will be free for visitors\, and a small contribution will be requested from players to secure\ntheir participation. SUMMARY:Operation Roundup
DESCRIPTION:This event is a single day Bolt Action Tournament. Consisting of 3 games. 2 hours each.  Armies will be 1000pts\, consisting of one Single Reinforced Platoon. No dice limit. No Theater Selectors allowed. No Armored Platoons. Each platoon will follow all the normal restrictions. Theatre selector units that are explicitly allowed for the Generic Reinforced Platoon are permitted. This tournament will follow a new scoring format as a test to prepare for a Maryland State Bolt Action Championship. The intent is that even Rookie Players have a chance to earn points and stay competitive against Veteran Players. Points will assesed for Game Results\, Painting\, Sportsmanship and Early List Submission.  Prizes will be provided for Best Overall General\, Best Axis\, Best Allied\, Best Painted\, Best Sportsman\, and Day went FUBAR.
