These Scenarios will involve steppe fighting before the siege of Stalingrad\, scenarios of the Soviet counteroffensive in the snowy\, frozen Winter of 43 and of course scenarios within the city where Germans and Soviets will fight for every inch on the game board. Iconic fights such as the Concrete Monolith and Pavlov’s house are among a long list of the many bloody battles that will be fought. \nFriuli War Games\, with this event\, is trying to organize a proper “Bolt Action Experience”. where players coming from all over Italy will feel immersed in these historic battles. The main goal if everyone to have as much fun as possible and to feel like they’re on the battle field with the (plastic) troops. With this mentality\, the group is looking to create a one of a kind event in Italy\, and to create a format which can be used for other campaigns in the future. El evento permitirá a los jugadores reproducir sobre una mesa de juego con el reglamento y las miniaturas de Bolt Action V.2 y sus suplementos D-Day: Overlord y Battleground Europe\, algunos de los momentos decisivos del mayor desembarco anfibio de la historia. Consta de 14 partidas repartidas a lo largo de los 3 días\, que se jugarán de forma secuencial y simultanea en algunos casos\, reproduciendo las operaciones que tuvieron lugar durante lo primeros días del desembarco.\nLas partidas se han seleccionado y secuenciado de forma que se reproduzcan las operaciones tal como acontecieron en Junio de 1944. El Viernes 12 por la tarde-noche se jugarán las misiones nocturnas relacionadas con el asalto paracaidista sobre Sainte Mère Eglise y su aledaños por tal de asegurar puntos cruciales para el desembarco al día siguiente\, incluido el famosos incidente del paracaidista Jhone Steele tras quedar atrapado su paracaídas en la Iglesia del pueblo. El Sábado 13 se jugarán las misiones relacionadas con la llegada de la flota y el desembarco en UTAH BEACH propiamente\, así como las operaciones de las unidades paracaidistas destinadas a apoyar la operación\, como la famosa toma de la batería de Bercout Mannor por parte de la Easy Company. El tercer día se jugarán finalmente las misiones centradas en la consolidación de la cabeza de playa (Carentan\, La Fiere bridge) pero también incluirá sorpresas\, ya que las misiones que se jugarán y sus condiciones dependerán de los resultados obtenidos en el conjunto de todas las partidas anteriores\, incluyendo la opción “What if” de que el eje hubiera sido capaz de detener a los aliados en la costa.\nSi eso no fuese suficiente\, todas las partidas se jugaran sobre una única mesa de juego de mas de 20m2\, reproduciendo lo mejor posible las localizaciones históricas de UTAH beach\, Sainte Mère Eglise\, Carentan\, la carretera RN13 y sus alrededores.
